I did something crazy.
Again.
Way back last summer my friends invited me to do Ragnar as an Ultra, which means instead of 12 people running 200 miles broken up, you do it as 6 people running 200 miles broken up.
We drove up to Logan on Thursday night before the race to have dinner and decorate the car. Krissy's sweet family let us bunk with them. They are too kind seeing as we had to be up at 3:20am to head to the start of the race.
Mark and his cousin in law gave us blessings before bed. I'm pretty sure that carried me through the whole race. Every run was fantastic. I felt great even when it was hot and I was tired. I don't think I really noticed.
My portion of the race was a total of 34+ miles. I was really worried I would be too exhausted to finish, but I felt great. All I kept thinking was, "I have a Heavenly Father who loves me" and then I would have to think of something else or start crying. It was beautiful, even when I was running past farm animals and it stank. I listened to running streams, climbed mountains, and crossed the finish line in one peace.

I am so thankful for this experience. I walked away with a couple small blisters and very little sleep but I loved every minute of it!
