Patch is 6!

Patch's birthday was on Tuesday. He knows we decorate for the birthday person so all Monday night he kept asking if we were going to decorate for him. Silly boy, of course we will!

When he got up Tuesday morning he was so funny. There was a new bike waiting for him among his presents. When he saw that he said, "is that bike really for ME?!" 

 He also got some new Skylanders and more Magnetix. He invited Spencer, one of his bff's, over for lunch and to play Skylander. He had a great day.

 Friday we threw him a party. Since his birthday was also the first back on track he had to wait to invite his friends. As we talked about who to invite, his list was ridiculously long. I finally threw it away and told him he could pick 10 kids. The end. That worked great until he started verbally inviting friends and we were up to 14. Oh well, the kid love people.

 It was technically a superhero party.

 Here they are playing Stone Faced Joker. The person in the middle tries to make the others laugh. If you laugh you're out.

 We played How big are your muscles. Each team put balloons in their sweats and sweatshirt, who ever got the most in won. It was hilarious!

 Tyler then entertained us with a shooting coke geyser. The kids thought it was fantastic.

 Time for cake and presents. It was such a beautiful day we played outside for a while and it was great to have the kids eat their messy, crummy cupcakes outside. Thank you sunshine! By the way, the next day it dumped snow. Love Utah weather.

It was a great week long celebration.

Patch, we love you. You make us laugh. You teach us compassion and patience. You are such a great snuggler. You are so smart. Happy Birthday Patch!
