Cul de sac Of Fire!

Every year our circle gets together to do fireworks with friends and family. This year we started a new tradition, a bike parade. The kids decorated their bikes and wagons, Ali made beautiful signs to carry and they blasted music through the neighborhood.

The night was amazing. The Normans and the Carliles put on a fantastic firework show, and Ali provided some great patriotic music to go along with it. Amanda decorated and made everything come together so beautifully. Everyone contributed to the dessert tables and it turned into a fabulous night.

We played our traditional game of kick ball, followed by our annual kids picture. This year we opted to not soak the kids, I'm sure they appreciated that.

I am reminded that I'm surrounded by amazing friends who touch so many lives in different ways. I'm am so thankful for the friendships made throughout my life and the joy they've brought. It's a good life!

Next time we move, I'm TOTALLY picking a house in a cul de sac! You know, as long as I have a pool AND room for a trampoline. I'm thinking the tramp is totally necessary.
