We went back and forth between the parks the last two days, hitting the rides we really loved. Sunday it poured on us all morning, so we took a break and went to Tyler's game, by the time we got back it was beautiful!
On the boardwalk they had games and I really wanted to win a Dumbo. The game was where you shoot water at a bulls eye and a clown climbs the ladder. Patch, Lexi,
Caely and I tried to win, but non of us did. We should have played all at once, then we would have had it for sure! Tyler played a pitching game. He got 8 balls and had to hit the target 3 times. He got the first ball in, no problem. Missed the next few, got the 5
th ball in, missed two and just when Chris thought the game was over and we were walking away with nothing, Tyler threw in the 8
th ball to win this crazy stuffed wiener dog!
The girls decided to ride the
Ferris Wheel, no thank you for me! They picked the cart that swung, I think they're crazy! Tyler and I went on California
Screamin' 4
x's in a row. The poor kid got sick!
Monday was our last day with no interruptions of games. I thought for sure we would leave early, but we ended up staying until 11pm.
We hadn't ridden Indiana Jones the whole trip because the lines were too long, so today was the day to do it. When we got there we found Patch was an 1 1/2 inch short for the ride. I took off my socks and stuffed them in his shoes to make him bigger and we put Tyler's hat on him. He passed the first check in point! but...when we hit the second check in point he was way under the bar. I really think their bar was off because from all the
dr.
appts we've had and they've measured him, I know he's 44.5 inches. Anyhow, he didn't get to ride but he did get to go through the Tarzan tree house a bunch of times!
It was such a fun weekend. I love Disneyland! Looking forward to the next trip...
