Let Freedom Ring

Caely participates in her schools choir program called Harmony.

For Veteran's Day they did a performance for their families, the school and all the service men and women who sever our country.

The kids did a great job. Their leaders did a fabulous job on working with so many students. I can't believe all the time and work that goes into these performances.

I always get very emotional when patriotic songs are sung/played. I can't help but think of all the sacrifices on my behalf to live in this country of ours. The lives lost and the children who aren't coming home to their mothers. The time sacrificed away from families so that I can pray where I want, buy what I want, say what I want, be who I want.

I am so grateful for all the service men and women out there, I hope my kids grow to love this country as much as I do.
