Caely wanted to make something the other night, so I told her we could do these. They turned out super cute! It took two days to finish, but it was well worth it. Now we just need to invite some friends over for a tasty treat!
So I figure I should tell you all how we did these fabulous creations. For red, orange, yellow and green we used the smallest box of jello. For blue and purple we used the lrg. box and put the extra in a 9x9 pan for just two layers (there is no extra for the first 4 colors). You really do need the lrg. boxes for blue & purple if you use the cups we did, since they are wider at the top.
The cups are clear 9oz. and it made 14 of them. We started w/ red, followed the directions for jello on the box and put them in the fridge for about 3 hours before we started the next color. Hint* make sure you have enough shelf space in the fridge before you start! Feel free to call or email me w/ any questions. Have fun with your creations!

glad you posted the picture... I haven't seen those in cups, only in glass 9X13 pans. How cute!!!! Love it.
And I'm sure it was well worth the effort.

These look so cute. I'm totally going to do them for Kate's party. They would be so fun. Is there a trick?
