Has again hit our house. Chris was sick Tuesday while I was in Texas, but he's much better now. Then, last night around 3am Caely came in saying her tummy hurt. We put her to bed on our blue chair (I really should post a picture, it's been the best chair EVER!) and played the waiting game. It wasn't long before she was up puking for the rest of the night.
I just love this little girl. It's her birthday tomorrow and we have major plans for the weekend. I'm hoping she'll be feeling better soon. A few hours after she was throwing up, she said she was so thirsty. I told her she should probably wait a little longer before trying some Gatorade. Her response was she wanted to say a prayer. So she said a little prayer, decided to wait on the drink, and she made it an hour before her next episode. I was amazed by her simple faith. What an example she is to me. I just wanted to take it from her, I feel so bad she's so sick.
She's now sleeping on the couch on her road to recovery. Only Tyler and I are left who haven't had this nasty bug and here's hoping we don't!

That puke bug loves your house! I love that story of Caely's faith - so great for an almost 8 year old!
