Last night I dreamed that Caely was getting married. now. at 7yrs old. Let's just say I was a little stressed, but everyone else was okay with this.
I looked up what it might mean, because I totally trust what the Internet tells me. It said that "it signifies a transitional period and that you are undergoing an important developmental phase in your life."
I can see that. My baby girl is turning 8 next week. Her baptism is around the corner. Some things that have made me realize she's not just a little girl (which I know she still is) are that she wants her ears pierced for her birthday. That alone makes her more grown up to me. Then there is the fact that she wants to and is brave enough to sing at her baptism. ALONE!
Am I ready for all this? The next thing you know she'll want to wear makeup daily and boys will be crank calling because they have crushes on her. I should have had all boys!

Sounds like we're both having anxiety about how fast our kids and our lives are changing...
Love the picture. You all look gorgeous!
I agree with Karen - you all look absolutely gorgeous! It's pretty fast, huh?
Think.. next thing you know... you and Caely are having lunch dates and shopping sprees!
I LOVE the picture of you and the girls, how sweet!
Oh the girls grow up way too fast. Megan got her ears pierced when she turned 8 and now at 12 1/2 (she had to be in middle school) wears make up. YIKES!!! can we slow life down????
