Okay, so the
Holiday Fitness Challenge worked out great, but since then I have not lost any weight and I'm working my tail off. I feel great about my running, but I need a new accountable focus. My new goal is to lose 4lbs. in 30 days. That's only 1lbs. a week, totally doable. I will go back to posting each Monday to tell you my progress. Anyone else want to join me in this? Here we go!

I'm there with ya sista'.....where did that inner gangsta' come from?.....anyway....I'm on day two take two of my 30....(I tried to start on Thursday of last week but just wasn't committed enough...thus the take two)....and yes we are totally on for the Race for the Cure....but you are so going to kick my butt!
I'm not even going to try to keep up with you Em. But I will join you on this healthier living kick! Plus, I HAVE to find a way to do more than 1 lb per week (but I'm starting with sooo many more to lose...) I have a wedding in Aug that I have to look good for, and I want to do family pics in the fall. PLUS, I'm just done being fat. DONE!!!
I am on board! I need a goal to work towards. Since I am still the newbie in the running group, I'm thinking at least 3 miles without walking by ...umm.. May. Realistic? Hopefully.
I'm in, too. My goal is to keep training for the 10 miler in April and the Half Marathon in May, and maybe a full marathon in June. And to eat no sugar. And to stretch better. And to maintain my weight.
