Goals

My friend Tiffany (her blog is private) put out a Holiday Fitness Challenge. I am on board with her to set some goals and make some progress. My goal is 7-10 lbs. lost by January and to run 3 miles w/o pooping out 1/2 through on a consistent basis. I will try to post my progress every Monday (like Tiffany) so I have some accountability to myself. YIKES!!

Hey girlie! You can totally do the fitness/health thing - And as far as your earlier post, (there was no comment link on it), you ARE a good wife, mom, friend. If you feel like you're having an "off" day/week/month, it's okay, and totally just par for the course. Every single one of us goes through these times of feeling inadequate. Take a deep breath, and be gentle with yourself. (& when is girls night?!) Plan a date with your hubby, you'll feel recharged... You are awesome.

I'm so excited to have you on board. I need other people to do this with me. Thanks so much. I actually set the same 3 mile goal about a month ago and the furthest I have gone, straight, is 1.5 miles. But now I haven't run for about 2 weeks. Let me know if you ever want to go!

I want to join this fitness goal too. I can run but it isn't getting me anywhere. I was thinking this morning I should just set the weightloss goal and stick with it. Tell me what you are doing other than running. Although that is enough for somepeople for it to just fall off. I hope you are one of them. I seriously will run with you, I am free on Mon, Wed, Fri mornings!
