Week 2 of What's Your Goal

I am starving! Okay, maybe not starving but I'm hungry...all the time...for junk. Really I haven't changed my eating habits, I am just more aware of them, so I'm not depriving myself of anything. Over the last few days I want to eat ALL DAY LONG. How is that going to help me achieve my goal?!
I didn't lose any weight this last week, which I'm kind of okay with since last week was so awesome BUT I did run forever on Saturday so I was hoping for something. It's very frustrating to see the scale at 3 pounds away from your goal. I'll get there. I have two more weeks.
I hope you are all on track and feeling good about any accomplishments you might be making. This is hard, be proud!

Keep it up! Don't focus on the scale. Take your own advice and be proud!!! You are amazing.
