Happy Day

This week has pretty much followed my previous post, and then today something happened. I'm sure it's because I went out with my Sandy girls last night. It is so rejuvenating to be with them. I know they understand when I say I can't explain our connection, but no matter what I leave filled up with love, acceptance, advice, and happiness. Then this morning even though I was tired I had a great run with Shauna. It was like two girls nights back to back only one in the morning! Anyhow, the PS2 is broken at our house, and the TV is pretty much off limits. The weather is crappy and my kids are stuck inside. This COULD equal a disaster in our house. Instead, Tyler and Caely helped me at the store, they've vacuumed, and are peacefully eating lunch at the moment. There have been no major melt downs by them or me! I am amazed at how my world has flip flopped! I have had the realization that these days are few with my kids. They will one day grow up and move on. I already see that with Tyler. Today is a day to snuggle and enjoy my babies while they're small. I hope you take a moment to do the same.
