I think it's week 7, I could be wrong. Really I thought it was more like 9 but 7 makes me feel better! I got all 4 days of running in last week (or working out). My total loss from the start is 6lbs. That is really exciting to me ~ about a pound a week. I think it's funny cause I feel in a frump. I feel lumpy today and worried that when this ends I will not be as motivated to work out. I've been trying since July and only lost 2 lbs. from then until November when this started. I also feel like my loss isn't as noticeable since I'm taller, which isn't really a deterrent except on days like today when I'm feeling frumpy.
On a positive note, I love that I've not been dieting. I've eaten everything I've wanted. Sometimes too much, but most the time ~ if I'm prepared~ I've been good at watching my portions and listen to when I'm really hungry or noticing my triggers of snacking and limiting myself to just some instead of the whole bag.
Well, there are only two updates left. I'm sure I'll hit my 7lbs loss by then, hopefully more. Thanks for all your support!
