Our friends, the Emett's invited us to a day at Wheeler Farm. We haven't been in years!
It was fun to walk around and see all the animals, but my favorite part is getting to visit with a friend while the kids enjoy themselves.
I'd never gone over to see this amazing tree before. Probably because you have to cross a bridge to get to it. It was a great climbing tree with lots of shade.
Some of the farmers came out with some treats to feed the horses and shared with our kids. Patch loved it!
They also got to see a dead rat. Oh the surprises you get when going to Wheeler Farm.

Can you believe I have never taken my kiddos here? Crazy, it's officially on the list. You're such a gun mom!
We haven't been yet this year. I'm going to look for that tree when we do go, though! It looks like a great spot!
