Gilgal Gardens

Last year when I ran the Gorilla Challenge (they never gave us our prize money fyi) I found this little rock garden that was really cool so I wanted to share it with my kids.
This man, Thomas Child created this place. There is a sphinx with the head of Joseph Smith
 A book tower...
large grasshopper rock with a random head...
 A huge boulder....

The kids loved climbing on what rocks they could. It's a very peaceful place when you don't have 10+ kids running around it.
After Gilgal we headed to Liberty Park for lunch and play time.
The little kids found this great hill to roll down.
They stood on the end of the pier watching the ducks and geese.
Aunt Teresa was nice enough to share her crackers to feed the birds.
Then our little birds begged popcorn from her.

Such a fun day in the sun before we headed back on track.
