My friend Amy gave me this great idea to put up a tent in the basement and let the kids camp out in it. When I told my kids about it, they were so very excited.
Our family tent is huge so I had to borrow one from Shauna. Alexa asked every day for over a week if I had remembered to get the tent yet. I hadn't.

Thursday I finally got the tent but we ran out of time to set it up. Alexa was devastated. DRAMA!!
Friday after Chris and I snuck away for a date, we went to work to set up the tent for the kids. Lexi went right to work helping. She put in the sleeping bags and got the pillows ready for Patch and Caely. 
Quite the set up!
