Thursday evening my girlfriend called and asked if I wanted to run the Red Rock Relay. Some of her friends were running it and 1/2 their team backed out, so they needed runners asap.
It runs from Brian Head Resort to Zions National Park. It's going to be beautiful!
I was ecstatic, I've been on runner's high for three days now. I didn't have to plan anything, I'm already trained, all I have to do is pack up and head out.
