Love Letters

Last night I went out with my Sandy girls for our monthly girls night. When I got home there were two notes waiting.

Caely had lost her tooth at school earlier in the day, so she put it under her pillow along with a note:

"Dear tooth fairy,
plese give me a little present and a little mony or just a meitum prestent or $2.50 or $3.00 or a real live puppy. Just some thing that I like. I'll give you a list of stuff: puppy, pencil sharper, 1,000$, five peses of candy, monkey, new swiming siwt. I'm tring no to be greety.
Sincerely, Caely
p.s.I'll just get what ever you give me."

It was so cute! She's usually one of the best spellers in her class, so some of her mistakes were so funny to me.
Some of the things she asked for were so random like the swimming suit or 5 pieces of candy. Who asks for a monkey?! Love that little girl.


After reading that I went to bed to find this note on my pillow:

I asked Tyler before I left for GNO, if he wanted to go for a run in the morning. He's been trying to work out and eat better for hockey.
In the last few weeks, he's been working on him country report for school and lost all the work he had done, so he had to start over. We told him if he doesn't get a good grade, than he can't play hockey, and it's time to sign up for it, so he was hard at working playing catch up on his report. Notice he signed it, "yours who wants to play hockey". Totally made my night!
