Birthday Time
It's been 4 years since our sweet Patch joined our family. I can't believe how time has flown! He's so big now, even today he looks more boy like than baby.
Our family tradition is to decorate the kitchen/living area the night before whomevers birthday it is. When Patch got up yesterday morning he said, "Mom, did you decorate for MY birthday?". It's funny how surprised he does, even though we do this 6 times a year.
Both our families made it out to celebrate Patch. He had so much fun playing with cousins, eating cake, and playing/sleeping in his new tent from his Grandma Reinie.
Today Patch got to go on a special big boy date with his Grandma and Grandpa Kesten. It's kind of killing me that he's old enough to do that on his own, but he was so excited when he realized that it was just going to be him and his grandparents.
Happy Birthday Patch! I'm so proud to be your mom, and I look forward to the many adventure you'll take us on.
