This Is Going To Be Hard

Chris and I broke it to the kids today that this week we will be giving up the TV.

It's really sad when the first thing done in the morning is turning on the TV, then when you get home from school you can't brake yourself from the TV. What's even worse is that you have to run to the kitchen between commercials to turn on the kitchen TV. so you don't miss anything.

This is not me, it's my kids. They have forgotten all the great things there are to do like playing games, riding bikes (not just to school), reading (okay, they do that, but not until bedtime) and TALKING! I told Tyler to turn off the TV and talk to his friends and he told me he didn't know what to say. That's when I realized the TV is going!

This is really going to stink because Alexa gets home at 11:30am and I'll have all afternoon with her. She still wants to be entertained and the TV really helps so I can get some stuff done.

I also was thinking I am going to severely limit my time on the computer so that I don't replace the TV for the computer. That just means you might have to call me to get an answer instead of emailing me. Sorry. I also won't blog much this week for the same reason, hope nothing great happens!
