This morning when he got up I noticed his neck was totally covered in a rash. It's all over his cheeks and down his back. These pictures don't do it justice.
The thing is, you aren't contagious when the rash finally arrives. It's right before and while you have the fever that you are contagious. Who knows who we've spread this to.
The up side is that it's not so bad, just an ugly rash. Tyler is home today, not because he'll spread it, but because he looks so bad. Ugh!

Poor kid!!! Meg woke up with a bit of a flushed face too... not quite a rash, but red and tender to the touch... Hmmm... hope he recovers quickly!
Poor Tyler! Hope he feels better soon! I hate the whole "contageous" thing...it's hard to know when they are or aren't....rashes are a little nicer in that reguards.
You are in my prayers today that Tyler will recover quickly and that Patch will stay okay for a little while longer.. I would stay home too just because it was ugly! ;p
