Our first stop was to the hospital... where we learned a waltz.
Next was on to the Black Smith. It takes 7 years to learn the art of a Black Smith. WOW!
3rd we stopped at the school. Those poor pioneer children had it so hard. When they would line up, they had to do so in silence and boys went to one side, girls the other. The girls had to curtsy and say to the teacher, "good morning" or something like that.
One of the funnest things the kids did was the handcart pull. Each cart is around 150 lbs. empty!
After lunch we caught the train and went around the park.
I found this little kids part I've never seen before. The houses were mini, just for the littler kids.
You can see how small they were by looking at how big Tyler is.
One of the boys was very anxious to go to the farm section. I am glad we went, there were tons of new baby animals. They kids even got to pet the new ducks.
These cute boys and their big muscles!!
It was such a beautiful day. Perfect weather. On the bus ride home, it started to pour. We had lots of windows open and the hatch on the top of the open too. It was so funny, we got soaked. Okay, not soaked but plenty wet. The boys tried to catch the rain in their hats.
I am so glad I got to go on this trip. It's fun to meet Tyler's friends and hopefully it helps him to know how much I love spending time with him.

What fun and look, they had babies!
Of course he knows how much you love him! YOu are the coolest Mom! I missed that field trip this year for some reason and it sure looks like I missed a lot!
It's so cute to see that Tyler almost towers over his classmates, like you do over all the other Moms and helpers! hehehehe... love ya!
So cute. I missed this field trip too, Nathaniel went, but for some reason they weren't looking for volunteers to chaperone....maybe I needed to sign up early.
How fun! I really need to make more effort to go on those types of things with my kids.
So fun! We LOVE This is the Place!! I can't believe how big Tyler is! It's been so long since we've seen you guys!
