I haven't yet post about my Valentine's Day, so here it is.
First off, Chris and I don't really celebrate Valentine's Day because we both expect from each other to show that kind of love and thoughtfulness all year long. Not that that happens ALL the time, but still. Well, I flew out on the 13th so I was not with my family for the 14th. The night I left, before Chris took me to the airport he gave me a card, I must say he always picks the most thoughtful and true cards, I can tell he puts a lot of thought into it. He also gave me
These are my favorite treat of all. I was so shocked (I shouldn't have been) that he put so much thought into what I would REALLY like. He could have done nothing which would be expected, in a good way or given me some valentine candy. I am just super impressed with my hubby. He really made me feel very loved.
I secretly left him and the kids each a Valentine and while I was gone he took the kids ice skating for their Valentine's Celebration, all by himself!

By the way I called Grandma Taylor while they were out here, and I started talking to her and she thought I was you saying you were in San Diego. She told me I now have to say my first and last name, but I still say I am the OG Emily and it isn't necessary. Let's keep her guessing.
