That's What I Get For Posting It Publicly

So, you know the post before? Well, I'm sorry to say ~ scratch it. Here's the whole story:
Patch woke up this morning a little (I mean very little) after 3am not being able to breath. I was really freaked out. I knew it must be croup because he had a little cough with it, but the day before he had NO symptoms of runny nose, cough, fever. He even went to a friends birthday party yesterday (sorry moms). Anyhow, I got dressed and took him to the emergency room that's how freaked I was. There he was given a breathing treatment and steroids. He still wasn't fine enough to leave 2 1/2 hours later, so they gave him another breathing treatment. I must say, especially for his personality he did extremely well and cooperated perfectly. We left around 7am for home. He seems to be doing better, but the doctor said we have three more days of this and so I am sparing you from this awesome cold. I know, I'm so nice.
As for the other dates, I guess I should have checked with those whom I have previously committed because totally messed up and only lunch next week will work.
SO, mark your calendar and next Wednesday we will have lunch at my house around 12pm w/ potluck. As for girls night and the Children's Museum, let's reschedule! Again, SO SORRY!

Wow. I hope Patch feels better soon. There are few things scarier than watching your kid not be able to get enough air.

So much for having a nice relaxing off-track time. I'm sorry things are miserable. What can I do to help?

Hey I thought you were not in the blogging world anymore, but I realized I hadn't added the new blog link to my list. DUH! Now I have a years worth of reading to catch up on. (I don't read much, so it will take me a while!) You might see some really late comments from me. :) I almost missed out on the lunch day at your house. If it hadn't been for Jaqui asking me if I was going I wouldn't have known about it. I hope Patch gets feeling better. Poor little guy. Yeah when he gets feeling better we'll have to have him come play! I miss him.

Oh and how much does it cost to run at the oval?

I remember many croup nights... Hope he's doing better - it will probably take longer for you to catch up than for him...

Sorry to hear about Patch! I hate sitting up all night with Jason when he can't breathe (or sitting at the hospital).
