Week ? Update


I am sore. A good sore, but sore. The last two weeks it's a good thing I've been running because it's just helped me not gain weight those weeks. This week has already started out great. I worked out last night, despite wanting to be lazy. I am going to be good all week, except Thursday when I get to go out with my Sandy ladies (I can't wait!! Have I said that before?). This goal has been so good for me. I am great at giving up before I start if it's going to be too hard. There is always a reason not to follow through. It's the holidays, I'm too busy with kids, life is crazy. You get the idea. I didn't have an obvious weight lose last week, but I love that my favorite pants aren't my favorite anymore because they're too baggy. I love that when I lay down on my side (this is too much info) my belly's not as saggy. I feel good, I love that I can run. Thanks for the great friends who put up with my whining. I might get tired during a run, but I love it afterward! Who knows, maybe I'll get daring and start wearing my tight jeans :)

I'm glad you are doing well at this. I tried to start running the begining of last year and by March I ended up with a stress facture in my heel. It has made me afraid to start running again, but you give me hope. Maybe if I start out slow I can be as sucessful as you have been.

Good for you Emily! I'm so impressed that you have been so diligent about this goal! The numbers on the scale may be slow to come down, but you are having so many other wonderful results!!! Keep it up!
