Up Date

I ran 4 times last week, which is my goal, so I'm glad about that. I was hoping when I got on the scale today it would be big numbers but...I only lost .5lbs.
Today did not work out so great in the goal area. I didn't run. I ate about 4 cookies, plus I had Reese's Bells. No worries, I have the rest of the week right? Really I should get rid of all that stuff, it's too much of a temptation.
Okay, so I'm 2.5lbs away from my lower goal of a 7lbs, which makes me think I can make it to the whole 10 lbs. if I just stay focused. This is my attempt to commit myself to stay focused. Thanks for all your support. With out all you watching I totally would have failed by now!

5 pounds is great and its only cookies. Not like you ate a whole cake. Way to go!!
