Making A Difference

Have you ever thought about how you make a difference in someone life? Probably not, because often we don't realize the impact we leave with a friend.
A few weeks ago I really wanted to get the leaves raked so Chris wouldn't have to. He's already so busy and by the time he gets home it's dark, so it would have to wait for Saturday where again he's overloaded in the schedule/honeydue list. I kept thinking "as soon as I get home from this ~ or ~ after I do that" I would get to it. I was on my way home from somewhere, fulling planning to finish the leaves when low and behold they were done for me. This secret elf made my day and touched my heart. They have no idea the simply burden that relieved. I'm here to tell you that act of kindness touched my heart.
Well, again today an elf has come. They shoveled my walk. I am holding back the tears as I tell you this. What a simple act of kindness and yet again it relieved an overloaded burden off of me.
Thank you so much, whom ever did this. You will never know how you've touched my heart, and I will never know if you realize the gratitude I feel towards you. You've made a difference!
